Review Space

We operate state of the art dedicated project review facilities in New York and DC and provide leased review facilities in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Richmond, VA. Want to run the project in your offices but need computers? We'll arrange for those too.

How it Works

It all starts with a need. For example, you need junior attorneys or paralegals for a large document review or due diligence project, or experienced attorneys to research and write briefs or articles. Maybe you need someone to cover for an attorney on maternity or other extended leave, or perhaps an extra pair of hands to help prepare for a trial or a closing.

Your first step is to give us a call. We will forward resumes of appropriate and interested candidates from a talented pool of junior or senior attorneys and paralegals. They can start as soon as soon as you need them. We’d be happy to choose the best candidate for you. If you’d prefer, you may select candidates based on resumes, or interview them and then decide. Simple.

Keep in mind that all of our attorneys and paralegals are employees of Lexolution. That means you sign their weekly timesheet, we pay them and then bill you solely for the hours they worked. No other costs, no hassles. Just a job well done.

Why it Works

Bringing in an attorney or paralegal only when the need arises allows for tremendous staffing flexibility. You can also find someone with a specific expertise that you may need for a particular project. There is no up-front commitment and when the project ends - even if it ends unexpectedly - so does the assignment.

Low Cost

You will be pleasantly surprised by the low bill rates we charge for highly qualified people, whether for document reviews or for work requiring more experienced attorneys. Plus, you don't have the direct and indirect costs associated with permanent hiring. No administrative expenses, no payroll or benefits costs. We take care of all that.

We know how important it is for our clients to retain their best people. We also know that associates who are given the opportunity to do interesting and challenging work are more likely to stay and to thrive.

With Lexolution, you can effectively utilize the skills of experienced contractors while freeing up your permanent staff to do the work they want. You keep your people happy, and all of your work gets done and done well.

Looking for Permanent Employees?

Many of the highly qualified attorneys and paralegals who contact us also would be interested in pursuing permanent positions. We have placed attorneys and paralegals on a permanent basis with large and small law firms and corporate legal departments. It is our pleasure to assist you with your permanent needs.

Many of our clients are also hiring candidates through us on a temp-to-perm basis. This allows you and your firm, as well as the candidate, to ease into a permanent relationship by working together first on a contract basis. It's a great way to get a real look at someone before he or she joins your staff. If you decide the fit is right you can hire the candidate on a permanent basis. The placement fee will be reduced based on the number of hours worked - often to zero.

Many of our clients have found that allowing for a flexible work schedule attracts high caliber attorneys. If you are willing to explore flexible work arrangements, there is an incredible group of attorneys available on a part time, job share, flex-time, or regulated hours basis. Lexolution founder Nora Plesent is a recognized leader in this field, the Co-Chair of a Bar Committee and founder of the New Girls' Network dedicated to alternative work solutions and the focus of numerous articles on the subject. Call us to see how this can work for you.
